As the holidays approach us, we find this is a busy but exciting time for the teachers and students at Creative Music. We are looking forward to Thanksgiving on November 28. We will be closed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday so everyone can enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

Returning from Thanksgiving break, we are planning our Mini Recital presentation. Starting on Monday, December 2, you are invited to listen to your student present a favorite piece. This takes place the first 10 minutes of each lesson. After the student is done playing or singing a piece, we go into our private lesson for the remainder of the half hour. This gives the students an opportunity to perform in front of a small group. This performance is casual with school clothes. Please remind your student to practice over the Thanksgiving break.

December is the month we have been invited to present several performances. On December 20, we have several students playing at the Suntree Methodist Church for a Senior Luncheon. On December 23, we are invited to Devereux to present music and Sing-A-Long with the children who stay there.

Our Studio will be closed in December, staring on Saturday, December 21 through the New Year. We resume regularly scheduled lessons on Monday, January 6, 2020.
